During the 2013-14 negotiations TRAC won a 2% annual pay increase for all members. Since the new Collective Agreement is technically effective as of May 2013, the first annual increase applies to the 2013-14 year (May 2013 to April 2014). All TAs and RAs who held contracts during this time and were paid at the 2012-13 rates are entitled to retroactive pay reflecting the increase.

The 2% increase should be paid the week of 18 August 2014 via the usual Concordia payroll.

As of May 2014 your pay should reflect the 2014-15 pay rates.

IMPORTANT: Please include your full name, employee id, a scan or screenshot of your 22 August pay stub, and the relevant details (start date, end date, number of hours, and pay grade) of all contracts you held between May 2013 and April 2014 inclusive.
