The Teaching and Research Assistants at Concordia (TRAC) Union invites its members, including Teaching Assistants (TAs) and Research Assistants (RAs), to participate in its virtual Winter General Assembly on Friday January 29th at 5:30pm (EST, Montreal local time). This Assembly will be an opportunity for the current Executive Council to report to its membership, for the review and possible approval by members of a new budget and of By-Law amendments, and for the by-election of the Union Executives.

Relevant documents will be made available to the membership in advance of the General Assembly as soon as they are finalised.
YOU MUST REGISTER IN ADVANCE TO ATTEND. Only those who register beforehand will receive an invitation link to the virtual General Assembly and receive election ballots. The General Assembly will be facilitated through the Zoom platform with private invitations and ballots sent to the provided email addresses of members who have registered. “Floor votes” will be facilitated through anonymous polling function in-client. Election and closed ballot questions will be securely run through the SimplyVoting platform, accessible through TRAC’s election page: trac-union.simplyvoting.com.
