What is a Collective Agreement?
A collective agreement regulates the terms and conditions of employment for the employees, their duties, and the duties of the employers. It is a contract reached through collective bargaining between the employer (Concordia University) and the union.
Each bargaining unit must negotiate its own Collective Agreement. The two bargaining units at TRAC are the Teaching/Research Assistants and the Invigilators. Invigilators are currently bargaining their first Collective Agreement.
